Your Acceptance

By participating in UPlayUWin services(sending an SMS ON PLAY to 33399), viewing or accessing UPlayUWin.com website and wapsite, and/or using UPlayUWin games, applications, products provided by Just Mobile Sdn Bhd(hereinafter referred as JM), you(participant/player) agreed and accept unconditionally, all of these Terms and Conditions prior to your participation in UPlayUWin. We reserve the right to modify, alter and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior any notice. If these Terms and Conditions amendments are not accepted in full, you are strongly advised not to participate in UPlayUWin services.
You also agree to receive non-rated marketing messages from UPlayUWin or third parties via SMS or email.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and JM.

Conditions

JM is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected or garbled computer transmissions or network, computer, mobile phone, or electronic failures of any kind including any communications or computer failures or circumstances which affect, disrupt or corrupt the contest in any manner. JM reserves the right to change any aspect of this UPlayUWin service(including canceling any contests/tournaments or extension of contest/tournaments time period) without any prior notice. JM will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control or (b) any printing, typographical errors, or misinterpretations in any materials associated with the website as well as the wapsite.
JM reserves the right to disqualify or ban any participant/player without disclosing any valid reasons as well as no prior notice will be given.
UPlayUWin have the rights to extend each tournament time period, if there are still players submitting their game scores.

Age restrictions

UPlayUWin does not target the UPlayUWin.com website or its services to users under 12 of age. There may be certain access restrictions placed on any under 12 year old users. You agree that if you assist users under 12 years old to access the UPlayUWin.com website or services, with your computer, hand phone, internet enabled device, internet connection and/or facilities (whether owned, leased or borrowed) that you will assume full liability for any consequences and that under no circumstances including, but not limited to, negligence neither JM, any third party content provider nor their respective agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the site by users under 12 years of age, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

For participants/players under the age of 18 years old, they must first seek parental consent/permission/approval before proceeding with any UPlayUWin's services.

Eligibility

This website, wapsite, and mobile service are open to all users residing in Malaysia only. Employees and other representatives of JM, their affiliates, and advisors (and the immediate family members of each) are not entitled to win any form of prize by JM.
All applicable state, and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited.

Service Charges

All charges incurred upon participating in UPlayUWin shall be borne solely by the participant/player.
Any subsequent changes to all the charges rates* will not be given any prior notice.

Each SMS sent by the participant/player is charged RM0.15 by their respective mobile service provider.

As such, a basic/minimum cost for a participant/player to join the tournament will be as below:
RM0.15(Registration) + RM0.15(Game Request) + RM5.00(Game Cost) + RM1.00(Score Upload) = RM6.30(Total)

Services Provided

Services such as games offered by UPlayUWin may vary in terms of looks, performance, stability, and etc depending on individuals' phone capability. JM will not be held responsible for any phone compatibility issues faced by participants/players.
If UPlayUWin is not capable of running as planned due to any reason (including, but not limited to fraud, a state of emergency, natural disaster, war, technical failures/glitches or any other causes) JM reserves the right to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend UPlayUWin services.

Prizes

Prizes displayed/shown on website or wapsite are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may differ. JM reserves the rights to replace any prize with an alternative that is of the same design and condition or the prize of equivalent value.
JM is not responsible for any tax implications that may arise from any winning prize.

All winners will be notified via email or mobile phone. Cash prizes shall be disbursed by cheque. JM shall not bear any warranty, claims or indemnification on prizes that are lost, stolen or damaged during delivery. All tangible prizes do not have any warranty period unless stated otherwise in the prize information webpage. All non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. JM shall bear all delivery charges within Malaysia only.Prize disbursements method either by postage or self-collection and disbursement date will be decided by JM.

Prizes will only be sent to the address specified unless otherwise indicated by the winner.
Winners’ located within Klang Valley(Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Petaling Jaya, Klang, Gombak, Hulu Langat, Sepang) are required to practice self-collection personally by the winner himself/herself. Weekly winners must come on air on the show in order to obtain the prize. Any unclaimed (period of 14 days) or returned prizes to JM are deemed fortified and will not be reissued at a later date. Prizes are subjected to availability of stock from suppliers. If the prizes are out of stock or no more available, UPlayUWin have the rights to replace the prizes with one of the same value, or request prize winners to pay an additional fee to obtain a prize of a higher value. 

Participant/Player Rules

Users may be banned or accounts suspended or terminated on the entire UPlayUWin.com website or any game available on UPlayUWin.com if inappropriate language or inappropriate behavior as determined by UPlayUWin. Inappropriate language and/or inappropriate behavior are not allowed on UPlayUWin websites. UPlayUWin is not responsible for user content, postings, chat, and/or communications. Users are responsible for their own actions.

You agree not to do any of the following:

    1.Post, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit any data, text, message, or computer file that we deem to be:

    (a) Defamatory, abusive, harassing, insulting, threatening, or that could be deemed to be stalking;
    (b) Bigoted, hateful, or racially offensive;
    (c) Vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit (language or images); or that

   (d) Encourages or advocates illegal activity or the discussion of illegal activities with the intent to commit them;


2.Post, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit any data, text, message, computer file, or other material that infringes and/or violates any right of a third party or any domestic or international law, rule, or regulation, including but not limited to:


    (a) Copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights;
    (b) Right of privacy (specifically, you must not distribute another person's personal information of any kind without their express permission) or publicity;
    (c) Any confidentiality obligation;

3.Advertise or sell any products, services or otherwise (whether or not for profit), or solicit others for commercial purposes of any kind,

4.Post, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit any software or other computer files that contain a virus or other harmful component;

5.Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;

6.Engage in antisocial, disruptive, or destructive acts, including "flaming," "spamming," "flooding," "trolling," and "grieving" as those terms are commonly understood and used on the Internet;

7.Delete any legal notices, disclaimers, or proprietary notices such as copyright or trademark symbols, or modify any logos that you do not own or have express permission to modify;


8.Post, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit material or make statements that do not generally pertain to the designated topic or theme of any Forum.


We reserve the right to remove any material, and if we deem appropriate, to turn over to law enforcement officials, any material, including message, e-mail, or posting, that is in violation of these Rules. We also reserve the right to remove messages, e-mails, or postings that do not pertain to the designated topic or theme of the service as determined by JM.


We also reserve the right to comply with any order or otherwise cooperate with law enforcement officials regarding the identification of any user alleged to be using a UPlayUWin website or service in violation of the law.

Commitment To Fairplay

In our commitment to fairplay, JM plays a role of a judge in all contests and tournaments. JM has the rights to decide the final winner of all contests and tournament. All decisions are made in accordance to members' conducts and in spirit of fair play.
As the role of judge, JM reserves the rights to ban any participants/players who are found cheating on their scores.

Winner Selection
Rule of the game is to score as high as possible. Therefore, any participant/player who scores the highest/most will be the winner for that particular contest.
Should there be any tiebreaker situation(two similar scores), participant/player who submitted his/her score the fastest/earliest based on UPlayUWin's server record will be declared as the winner.

Limits of Play

The registration to UPlayUWin allows the participant/player to download a maximum of five (5) attempts upon successful installation to the mobile phone from the same WAP message(containing download URL) received from UPlayUWin.
A participant/player can only win ONE(1) prize per week (period of 7 days). For example, if a player wins weekend competition today, he can’t win the following weekly competition. If he wins the weekly competition today, he can’t win the following weekend competition. In other words, a winner has a 7 days grace period to wait until they can win again.This is for fair play purpose

Personally Identifiable Information

Personally Identifiable Information is any information that personally identifies you. When you become a participant/player, we ask for your personal details including nickname and mobile phone number.
JM has the rights to ban, edit, or remove any participants/players who are found bearing any abusive, improper, or vulgar nickname(s) or photo(s).
JM reserves the rights to use the winners' photos, name, identification card(IC), and mobile phone number for any internal and promotional use for UPlayUWin without the winners' discretion.

Copyrighted Games

Participants/Players are strictly prohibited to redistribute, share, or copy the downloaded(purchased) games from UPlayUWin to any third-party user or any kind of electronic devices.
