Why I can't upload my score?

Answer

There are some possible reasons.

  • If the error message you get when trying to upload your score, is something like "Error in nickname", then you have entered the wrong nickname. Please ensure you entered your correct nickname before you upload your score.
  • If the error message is something like "Bad checksum error", then the game installed in your phone has been corrupted. Please redownload the game by sending us a new SMS message
  • You need to make sure that you have activated your GPRS/EGDE/3G/Data connection in your mobile phone. You also need to ensure you have set your phone to the right GPRS/EDGE/3G/Data settings. Please contact your mobile operator about this
  • Ensure that you are using the right setting to download the game. Some operators offers many settings. Use the one with WAP setting.
  • Your area may not support GPRS/EDGE/3/Data services. Contact your mobile operator about this
  • Your mobile operator's GPRS/EDGE/3/Data services may be interrupted. Contact your mobile operator about this
  • Try switching off and then switch on your phone. And try to re-upload your score again. It maybe issue with your phone
  • If all fails, please contact us for further help
