I get "Connection Error" when trying to upload my score

Answer

This may be caused by your mobile service provider's network issue. Try this,

  • Switch off and then switch on your phone again
  • Then try to upload your score again
  • If this problem persists, maybe the GPRS/EDGE/3G service at your area is not stable. Please contact your mobile service provider for assistance
  • However, you may wait for 2-5 minutes then try to upload again
  • Also check that your GPRS/EDGE/3G setting is as according to your mobile service provider's setting
