I receive an error SMS message saying my score was not submitted? What should I do?

Answer

There are some possible reasons:

  • You need to make sure that you have registered. To do so, you can start register now by sending ON PLAY and send to 33399.

  • You need to make sure that you have activated your GPRS/EGDE/3G/Data connection in your mobile phone. You also need to ensure you have set your phone to the right GPRS/EDGE/3G/Data settings. Please contact your mobile operator about this.
